Our team of reviewers are music professors, country music retailers and accomplished country music fans who work closely with our magazine's managing editor (B.J. Jones) to carefully prepare music reviews of your CD. The music reviews are published in our magazine and syndicated to more than 400 newspapers.
An album is born out of blood, sweat and usually even some tears. So we want to help you get the word out about your new CD,
DVD, book or other product. We mainly review music CDs, but we will also review items related to country life. We have a heart for hardworking musicians and their publicists, and our ultimate goal is to publish a music review for every album or product received.
Please submit:
- Two (2) copies of the album or product to be reviewed. An expert music
reviewer and the section editor in charge of publication will evaluate
each recording.
- A press kit and/or artist biography (not required but helpful).
- We will provide expanded publicity (including featured advertisements for your album or song) when you send additional
promo items (such
as CDs, shirts, caps, etc.) for our popular
contest
giveaways.
- If the CD or product is coming from outside the USA, please list it on your customs form as "ncv - no commercial value" or list it as a "sample" and assign a very low value.
